About Wellness Kitchen

Wellness Kitchen is a product of Trevor Seymour and it started with a conversation about there not being enough healthy eating options in a cost saving, easy takeaway fashion. We have a kitchen based at HD1 Fitness Clinic, why don't we combine both WK & HD1 and come up with a healthy option kitchen where we can feed current members at HD1 Fitness Clinic and the general public in Kirklees, the result Wellness Kitchen.
