Week 2: Food Diary | Fill out a food diary which will be assessed every session, so we can offer tailored advice to each client. |
Week 3 | Conversation around nutrition: - Week of free food - Recipe ideas - Introduction to Herbalife |
Week 4 | Health checks will be taken again at week 4. |
Week 5 | Conversation around nutrition: Dive into the benefits of specific foods. |
Week 6 | Food diary review to ensure nutrition goals are being met. |
Week 7 | Conversation around nutrition |
Week 8: Final Health Checks | Final health checks are taken and a review will be done of suggested dietary habits |
Pricing
Our Nutrition Club programme spans 8 weeks and includes one session per week, a complimentary consultation, and a week of free meals.
